The Breakup Guarantee (Refunds)
We built Mapsyd to celebrate love, which is why we don't offer standard "I changed my mind" refunds. However...
- Breakups: Send us an email with a tiny bit of proof (a text screenshot, etc.). We will refund you and lock the map with a "Failed Love Story" banner (though we are fully expecting the story to continue soon!).
- The Comeback: If love wins and you get back together, email us! We will unlock your original masterpiece for half-price.
- The Exception: Not a breakup? We may still grant a refund if you present us with a truly interesting or valid reason. Surprise us!

Trust & Safety (Report Abuse)
Mapsyd is a place for love, not hate. If someone is using our platform for harassment, illegal content, or violating our terms, report it immediately. We review all reports within 24 hours.
